I live in Park City, Utah, with my wife and Black Labrador. I'm drawn to quieter scenes rather than grand ones. I return to many of the same places year after year — watching for the small shifts in light or season that change how a scene feels, or reveals something I hadn't seen before.

I work with both digital and film. Spending years shooting exclusively with a 4×5 large format camera shaped how I see: it taught me to slow down, work with intention, and earn each frame. That discipline stays with me regardless of what I'm carrying.

Early morning light is where I find myself most often, and most often where I find the photographs that last.
